Our DBA Team
Our current District Board of Administration (DBA) Team was elected at our voting conference in June 2022. The DBA serves the Wesleyan Church as a district in the UK in providing leadership and oversight.
David Whyte

Excited about serving our communities through our churches and loving people. Also passionate about music, football and gaming (PlayStation only – when I get the chance to play). Married to Nicola Whyte, having 5 children between them.
Llyod McKenzie
District Treasurer
I am a great believer in giving support to others. I currently serve as District Treasurer and Buildings Officer. Married to Pamella, we have two Children and two grandchildren. Love to spend time with my immediate and extended family. I love traveling and like to get away to near and far-flung places. I love motorsport, especially formula 1.
Angela Richardson
District Secretary
Angeline Richardson, served on Wesleyan UK District for over 10 years, pioneering communications and instrumental in its rebranding. Resides in Buckinghamshire with husband Paul and family where they co pastor locally.
Neville Popo

Neville is also a local Pastor who loves God, He is married with three children and six grandchildren. They keep him busy, Neville loves young people and has especially worked with young people with challenging behaviour. He loves life, loves the community and loves people.
Dorrett Lemon

Dorrett is also a local Pastor and has previously served on the District Board of administration. As a teenager she gave her life to the Lord and has never looked back since.The Lord has ordered her steps all through her life and is grateful that she is able to serve the Church in helping to build God’s Kingdom here on earth.

I’m committed to church growth and evangelism relating to youth, families, and Sunday school, with which I co-work with my wife Juanita. We have three children and two young, energetic grandchildren. I love Christian gospel, soul, and reggae music, plus Arsenal (style football), West Indies Cricket (“hay days”), and F1 (Hamilton competitiveness).
